Roger Bart
Actor

Roger Bart is most familiar as George Williams on television's Desperate Housewives. But he is also familiar to Broadway theatre goers for his featured role in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, for which he won the 1999 Tony Award for Best Actor.

In 2001, he was nominated again in the same category for his role as Carmen Ghia in The Producers on Broadway. Beginning in July 2006, he took over the starring role of Leo Bloom. He has starred as George Williams in Desperate Housewives, and can be seen in the upcoming Ridley Scott film, American Gangster.

He is starring again on Broadway in Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein.
