| Rutgers Reflects the World |
Rutgers reflects the world because we are a diverse community that works at opening students' eyes to the issues and experiences of the world. You can get help from other students or faculty for anything you may want to achieve or get involved with. |
| Rutgers Traditions |
Dance Marathon is a really great tradition. Douglass’ Yule Log ceremony would be my favorite tradition. |
| Internships |
I participated in the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College Externship program and worked with the faculty and residents of the Francis E. Parker Memorial Home. After my externship, I was offered part-time employment by the Parker Memorial Home. |
| Clubs and Extracurricular Activities |
Chairwoman of the Douglass Student Recruitment Network. |
| Why Rutgers? |
Rutgers is a great place where you can get involved in anything you want and achieve great things within the community. The networking at Rutgers is exceptional and will help anyone get an upper hand with whatever they desire to do after graduation. Aside from the great academic possibilities, Rutgers has some really great people and social activities, so any free minutes you may have can be used getting to know people and having fun in a variety of settings. |
