| Rutgers Reflects the World |
Rutgers is the most diverse place I’ve ever been to. The world is not comprised of one type of person and Rutgers reflects this idea because of its diverse and interesting student body. |
| Rutgers Experiences |
My favorite Rutgers experience was the Rutgers vs. Louisville football game in November of 2006. Our team was in contention for the National Championship and we defeated #3 ranked Louisville in the most exciting football game I’ve ever seen. I am also going to China this summer through Rutgers' study abroad program. |
| Internships |
I have interned at Merrill Lynch, Utendahl Capital, and Janney Montgomery Scott. I am hoping to work for an investment bank next summer. |
| Volunteer Experiences |
I have participated in a club called Big Buddy. Big Buddy is a club that pairs each person with a local elementary student and you go once or twice a week to help them with their studies. |
| Clubs and Extracurricular Activities |
I am a member of LIBOR, which is responsible for getting Rutgers students into Wall Street front office jobs. I have done an independent study on the sub-prime mortgage crisis and participated in intramural sports. I am currently pledging Chi Psi fraternity as well. |
| Why Rutgers? |
I chose Rutgers because of the opportunities the school would be able to provide me with. They have a study abroad program in China, a strong and vibrant Greek community, a good business school, and a diverse student body. |
