First off, it took me FOREVER to get my box open. I tried every different possible combination of turning the dial to try and get it open and nothing work. It was like freshmen year of high school all over again when I couldn't get my locker open on the first day of school. I eventually just gave up and went to the counter, defeated, and told the man i couldn't get my box open. He got my package for me and I was off, back to my room to open the box
