I Die.

Hey everyone, this is gonna be my last post before finals. I know usually I'm smiling or making my intense dance face, but right now I look kind of like this:

Right now I'm in Beck 250 for a Biology review of the second exam. I've been here since 6:30 and it's running until 9:30. Thank you, ODASIS, for ruining my life.

In fact, this is what else I'll be doing next week:

12/14: Fungi (12PM - 1PM), Mendel Genetics & Chromosomes (2PM - 3PM), Plant Hormones (5PM - 6PM), Mock Final (8PM - 10PM)

12/15: Atoms, Molecules, Biological Molecules, & Gene Regulation (10AM - 12PM), Cell Structure & Membranes / Transport (3PM - 4PM)

12/16, 12PM - 1PM: Plant Anatomy & Transport

12/17: Protein Synthesis (12PM - 1PM) and Mitosis vs. Meiosis (2:30 - 3:30)

12/18: Genetic Code (1PM - 2PM) and TBD (3PM - 4PM)

-Beck will be open until 12AM every day for people to study, I have to make up two computer sessions (totalling to an hour of doing Biology on the computer) and a homework assignment, and I have to pick up a note from Hurtado so I don't lose points from the week I was sick. All before Tuesday at 5PM. Plus, I'm going to be studying outside of ODASIS with my friends in my building.

12/19: Bio Final (1PM - 4PM)

So yeah, Bio + ODASIS = No life of my own. Awesome.

This week went alright, I suppose. Yesterday I hooked up with Lee, some of the high-ups in admissions, and other people on the blog team for some pizza and free t-shirts...Rutgers t-shirts...which I already have. Anyone want to buy it off of me? I know someone reading this wears L. Hit me up. But anyway, we talked about how the site was going. According to Lee, we're getting like 2,000 hits a day, which is pretty crazy for a college admissions website. In fact, my post on the Westboro Baptist Church coming up here to protest against RU Hillel got 500 hits on Thanksgiving Day, which is cool. But seriously guys, don't be shy. Feel free to comment because who cares about ratings? I want to be able to talk with you all. i don't bite. But I think Phyllis does. ;-) (Let's see how long it takes her to see that)

Plus, I walked out of there with two free pies of pizza from the BCC, a liter of Pepsi, a paper bag, and lots of napkins. So yes, do well on the Reading part of the SATs and you could possibly get free pizza and everyone in your building loves you.

So, after going to a Bio recitation class, I went to the Latinos Unidos En Poder 13th Annual AIDS Benefit Fundraiser on College Avenue in the Student Center MPR. Just think extremely loud music (Salsa and Merengue from 8PM - 10PM, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, and other Bump 'N' Grind music from 10PM - 12AM, and concerts for the rest of the night), free drinks, and free flavored condoms. The guys behind WATAGATAPITUSBERRY performed live - I can't post the video here due to it's length, but you can check it out on my Facebook. I did get Anointed S though, he's a really talented beat box artist:

I left early (with a vanilla-flavored condom) and went to hang out with my friend Rob in Tinsley. He's an RA in Quad 2, but he does after-hours duty on College Avenue. I went to the lounge to watch Jersey Shore (EW) with some people I don't know, talk more about Operation Robin Hood, and play piano (but only for a short time, since the Tinsley RA freaked the f*** out and came downstairs to yell at me about 24 Hour Quiet Hours. I love you, too.) I left with Rob at 3AM to go back to Livingston and sleep.

Alright, so to end the semester with a bang, time for a random video!

^ Okay, what the freak? There wasn't a cigarette or anything in the grass. It was just smoking. Featured is my fabulous Bio lab partner, Zjaye. ^

^ This woman is my best friend's mother, Patricia H. Lau. She was born in China on December 1st, 1955, and passed away from liver cancer on Thursday morning - living for six months longer than the doctors expected. As well as being an expert Oragami artist, seamstress, and cook, for the last 10 years, she has been a great woman to myself and my family since I met her son in the third grade. She will be forever loved and missed.

To the ADMISSIONS TEAM: Thank you so much for giving myself and the rest of the blog team this great opportunity to reach out to the masses with our feelings through text, pictures, and videos. We definitely appreciate it. <3

To the BLOG TEAM: I know every post we put up is awesome. Good luck on finals and keep up the good work next semester! <3

To RUTGERS and OTHER COLLEGES / UNIVERSITIES: STUDY HARD, STAY FOCUSED, AND GOOD LUCK WITH FINALS! <3

To HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: Use this winter break to study up for midterms next month! <3
