And you all probably thought I peaced out

I didn't. I was just loving life and experiencing summer and freedom from school. And then I realized I still had unfinished work in the blogosphere. And so here it goes:

Freshman year was a pinnacle time in my life- there were too many great things that happened to me and too many wonderful people who I met. Im only hoping sophmore year could be half as good. So what exactly have I been doing since school ended roughly a month ago? Well, for one part I moved into my off campus apartment at Rutgers! So technically I couldn't stray too far away from the Rut. Let me kind of outline the whole "living off campus" thing for those who don't really understand or are skeptical of it:

Some friends and I decided we wanted our own house/apartment for sophmore year instead of doing the whole normal on campus deal. So we found an apartment (actually a duplex house, meaning people live on the first floor while we own the second floor) and basically had our whole living situation figured out by December of last year. You have to start early to find a good place I guess. Anyhow, we moved in June 1st, and have complete and total freedom and rein of our place. We cook for ourselves, we can paint any rooms we want, there are no quiet hours....the list of benefits are endless. On top of that, our entire street and surrounding areas consist of many other student owned houses so we still aren't missing out of the whole "networking" and social experience. And don't think all off campus houses are on college ave, because my house (and the houses of many fantastic individuals) are actually off of the cook/douglass location! It is definitely going to be an excellent year.

As for dancing, I have definitely not kept such a rigorous dance schedule as I would like; basically for the reason that taking many classes are expensive- most of the time $16 a class. Nevertheless, I will be doing the Dance New Amsterdam summer intensive in July for 4 weeks so I'll be dancing at least 13 hours a day 7 days a week. So if you want to visit me in the Brunswick area be prepared I may be cranky and in a wheelchair. Oh well.

So don't worry, I will continue updating the world with my life, although I may be busy running around crazily and forget. Yay for summer!
