Lady MacBeth totally deserved it.

Happy Monday, everyone!

Today I'm going to take a break from talking about nothing and talk about something we all know about - good ol' somniloquy, aka sleep-talking. I've been told that I exhibit this disorder from time to time, so I figured that I would do some research on it.

First of all, somniloquy is a type of parasomnia, or sleep disorder. Usually, it occurs durin Non-Rapid Eye Movement (NREM) sleep. Have you ever thought you were falling and totally have a spaz attack that wakes you up? That usually happens during the first part of NREM, and is scientifically known as a Hypnagogic Jerk. As you fall deeper into NREM, you may have very boring and not very memorable dreams, or exhibit some type of parasomnia. Talking in a dream out loud shows that the somiloquy occured during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep.

A lot of children go through this (about 50%), with most of them losing it after puberty. Or, like me, still doing it. However, this is not to be confused with pavor nocturnus, aka Night Terror, when you freak the f*** out while you're sleeping, or Rapid Eye Movement Behavior Disorder (RBD), when you freak the f*** out to the point that your body actually starts doing whatever you're doing while you're dreaming. Add any of these to snoring and you have a pretty annoying roomie. But hey, show them some love! Obviously, you can't really control things like this.

Remember guys...ignorance isn't bliss! It's ignorance.

OKAY SO HI first of all...

And Lady MacBeth screwed herself over because she was talking about all the plotting and stuff she did to kill Duncan (and then frame innocent servants with the daggers!!!) and get her husband the throne while she was sleepwalking and she got really guilt ridden and haunted over everything and eventually dies by suicide or I think it was suicide. And she totally deserved her sleeping disorder because what she did was just wrong. MACBETH SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CONTROL OF HIS OWN LIFE IF HE REALLY WANTED THE THRONE...

Okay I hope I'm not totally off. And I'm taken but let's hang out anyway! Laughing Thank you for the entertaining blog throughout the year btw.
