I have 2 midterms this week: one on Monday, and one on Tuesday. I AM FREAKING OUT.
But hey, it's not so bad. My Psych 101 midterm is 30 multiple choice questions, and considering our professor encourages us to party and step outside if we're bored of class and just want to chat AND makes it super easy for us to skip by reviewing the previous class's notes verbatim at the beginning of each lecture (NOT THAT I WOULD NEED THEM OR ANYTHING), I don't think I need to be too worried.
But my Intro. to Modern and Contemporary Lit. midterm...oh god. We're being tested on SIX BOOKS. And this ain't no multiple choice test. No, sir, THESE QUESTIONS ARE ALL OPEN-ENDED. THIS IS THE BIG LEAGUES AND I REALLY WANT TO GO BACK TO PLAYING T-BALL.
Then I sat down to study and noticed something awesome: I take 6 classes. I have 2 midterms. THIS IS A PRETTY GOOD RATIO. So, I calmed down and decided against that 8th cup of coffee, and decided to study without the aid of lethal amounts of caffeine.
In happier news, Halloween is this weekend! Hurray! I'll certainly be blogging about that after I get back from the 4 billion Halloween parties on campus. I've decided to go as a murdered...um, fallen woman. (I'd rather not say "hooker" on a student blog.) Unoriginal, yes, but I'm lazy and enjoy applying zombie makeup. It'll be fun.
I just realized that this entry is not at all about my love affair with coffee. So, I'll leave you, gentle readers, with a steamy pic...
