Color Coded Note Cards

Hello Everyone!

I hope that all of your studying is going well. Mine is slowly getting there.

My finals are all spread out this semester which is a good thing and a bad thing. I can't seem to get anything done!

I don't like to call myself a procrastinator because i never let things go so long that I am in over my head, but I I do like to call myself "one who is very good at budgeting time". I really am. I can estimate EXACTLY how long it will take me to finish a paper, or efficiently study for something. Because of my talent, studying for finals has been a bit difficult.

"Why?" You ask.

You see, my finals are spaced out this semester. Which is great, except for the fact that I do not need so much time between each final to properly prepare. If they were all smushed together I would be stressed and anxious but I would actually get something done. But since I have a few days between each one I know that I don't have to stress until I get closer and in the meantime I get sucked to the vortex that is Stumbleupon (if you do not know what that is, good for you! Spare yourself the agony of wasting hours in front of your computer. If you do you know what that is, you can understand my joy/pain)

I know that it is better to study a little bit everyday and slowly learn the material, but I just can't do that. I get bored. I have a bit of a photographic memory, so I usually remember everything anyway and reviewing something is just makes actual studying that much more boring. That's not to say that I don't need to study. I most certainly do, but I like the pressure, the game, of trying to get it all down in one day, its much more exciting.

I'm going to go now and try to look at some notecards - my favorite way to study (I even color code them)
