Douglass Residential College provides a supportive intellectual and social environment that empowers women to be leaders. In this intimate community of 1700 women, your experience will include an introductory course focusing on women and leadership and a career-shadowing externship sponsored by Douglass alumnae. It also provides opportunities to participate in specialized “educational pathways” that combine curricular and cocurricular activities designed to enhance personal and academic growth.
