Who is an International Student?
You are an international student if:
- You are currently studying in the United States on a student visa (F-1 or J-1) in high school, college, or an English language program
- You intend to enter the United States with a student (F-1 or J-1) visa

All applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their application and all necessary credentials by the
due dates. Please note the following:
- If we receive your complete application after the due date, your application will receive consideration only as long as space remains available.
- I-20s may not be issued after December 15, 2011 for spring semester or after July 1, 2012 for fall semester for students living overseas. I-20s for students transferring from U.S. high schools, colleges, or universities will be issued after the arrival of their SEVIS release date.
