High achieving prospective students who are thinking about applying to Rutgers–New Brunswick and have potential to be invited to the Honors College are welcome to attend a Prospective Student College Avenue Walking Tour with a special tour of the Honors College! Honors College students are invited from among the highest achieving students admitted into the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, School of Engineering, Rutgers Business School, Mason Gross School of the Arts, and Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. This event is hosted by our student Scarlet Ambassador tour guides and members of the Honors College, and will last for about 4 hours. Guests will be led on a walking tour of the College Avenue campus and will have the opportunity to tour the Rutgers-New Brunswick Honors College. The Honors College brings together students from across the liberal arts and professional schools to live and work together to tackle global issues in a community where intellectual curiosity, hand-on knowledge, diversity, collaboration, and giving back are central to its philosophy. Each year, a small cohort of incoming first-year students are invited to begin their four-year experience as part of the Honors College. **Guests should arrive at the Rutgers University Visitor Center on the Busch campus for check-in. Guests will then be required to provide their own transportation to the College Avenue campus to begin the walking tour**
