Information for Counselors

School counselors play an instrumental role in helping students choose the university that’s right for them. The following resources can help you and your students learn more about Rutgers University.

Counselors' Information Center

The Counselors' Information Center (CIC) gives you access to information about your students’ applications including education history, required items, and application status for all Rutgers schools they have applied to (each year by the second week in October). The CIC also allows you to manage your counselor profile and update contact information for your school.

This is a restricted site that requires a Rutgers Community ID for login authentication purposes. A DocuSign form requiring signatures from both you and your principal is mandatory to complete the approval process. If you already received the form, and have not completed the approval process, please follow the instructions in the email you received. If you did not receive the DocuSign email or if you have questions about accessing the CIC, please use our contact form.

If you already completed the access request process and set up your Rutgers Community ID, please follow the link below to log in to the CIC.
