If you are a transfer applicant who would like to be considered for participation in the Rutgers EOF program, you SHOULD NOT complete the EOF Application, but rather should complete the EOF Transfer Form.

See below for instructions!

Before You Start

Follow the steps below if you are a transfer applicant. You are a transfer student if:

  • You are a high school graduate/GED holder, and
  • You will have completed at least 12 college credits after leaving high school and a college transcript showing these courses and final grades earned will be submitted within the required due dates.

Note: Current high school students who are taking college courses while attending high school should apply as first-year students regardless of the number of college credits earned while in high school.
