Fall Preview Day: Middlesex County Seniors

Get ready for Fall Preview Day on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. During this exclusive event for Middlesex County high school seniors, you will be able to:

✓ Meet with Undergraduate Admissions to get information about the application and admission process

✓ Learn about the first-year experience from undergraduate school deans

✓ Attend a Student Resource Fair to learn about Rutgers' services and campus life

✓ Tour the Livingston campus through a guided walking tour

Vaccine Requirement

All Fall Preview Day attendees must be fully vaccinated (two-dose Moderna or Pfizer mRNA series or one dose of Johnson & Johnson) or show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of Fall Preview Day.

Verification of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test will take place on-site at the time of the event and can’t be verified in advance. Upon arrival, attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID along with an official vaccination card/digital record or PCR test results. Photocopies of any verification documentation, including ID, will not be accepted.

Face coverings are required while inside select Rutgers University buildings and on buses.

  • All Fall Preview Day events occur at the same time, so students and their guests are only able to register for, and attend, one academic school’s info session.  Some school and academic units host their own events. You can view these events on the School and Academic Events website here, or you can view each school’s event pages here.

  • Unfortunately, this is our only Fall Preview Day for the Fall 2022 semester. However, Undergraduate Admissions hosts campus tours of Rutgers-New Brunswick. Learn more about our tours and other programs here.

  • Fall Preview Day is an exclusive event that is in high demand. Due to spacing limitations, we are only able to accommodate 2 guests per student. All guests must be registered in advance prior to attending.

  • Please email tours@admissions.rutgers.edu to cancel your reservation. Please include your full name and the academic school event you are registered for.

  • Plan on arriving to campus early to secure parking, to go through the vaccination check process, and find your info session location. We anticipate thousands of guests on campus that day. Programming will begin at 10 a.m.

  • A confirmation email with all event details including parking and check-in was sent to each student and guest(s) upon registration. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email tours@admissions.rutgers.edu with your name and event that you signed up for.

  • Yes.   • No. Only PCR tests taken within 72 hours before the event or proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be accepted.

  • Yes, Rutgers University only requires guests to have the two-dose Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or the one-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

  • School IDs will be accepted in lieu of a government-issued ID as long as it is a photo ID and has the student’s name clearly printed on the ID.
